Dr. Ayesha Khan is a trained Infectious Disease specialist with a Masters in Public Health MPH from Indiana University, United States. At RADS she is responsible for providing technical expertise on maternal and child health issues, policy analysis and advocacy to Government officials and decision makers. Prior to joining RADS worked for 7 years in the Ministry of Health Pakistan in the National HIV program and the Health Policy Unit as the monitoring and evaluation specialist.
Her research interests are using evidence in public health decision making, maternal health behaviors and studying decision making among girls and women in rural communities.
Dr. Adnan Khan is a Public Health Researcher with experience with Reproductive Health, Family Planning, HIV and Hepatitis transmission and prevention and Health Systems. He trained at the Indiana University and the Regenstrief Institute. In his work with the Health Ministry in Pakistan, he applied epidemiological and other analysis methodologies to develop evidence base to inform planning and evaluation of HIV and Family Planning programs and helped run its Health Policy Unit.
Adnan has also worked closely with the WHO, the UNICEF and the UNAIDS to provide consultancy services in the Middle East and Asia. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Asian AIDS Data Hub, a core member of the UN Reference Group on HIV and Drug Use and a member of the Technical Review Panel (TRP) of the Global Fund for the Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor for Preventive Medicine at the Vanderbilt University.
Adnan leads the technical teams for research, evaluations (including theory based evaluations, in depth and complex evaluations) and in publications.

Aaliya Habib is an experienced Development Consultant with special focus on Reproductive and Sexual Health. A psychologist, she has done M. Phil Psychology from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad with specialization in Applied Social Psychology from Royal Holloway University of London-UK.
She has a rich organizational and program management experience, implementing number of projects successfully and conducted a number of community based studies regarding sexual health and HIV/AIDS. She has provided consultations to different other Development Agencies like AAHUNG, TRF, REHEL, and Interflow Communications for different assignment. In addition she is a Member of British Psychological Society (BPS) – UK, Fellow of Leadership Development Mechanism for Mobilizing Reproductive Health (LDM) Pakistan, Fellow of Social Enterprise Development Program (LUMS) and Member of Pakistan Reproductive Health Network (PRHN).
She has attended number of regional and international conferences and presented her work around the globe. She is committed, passionate and output oriented professional, considering human resource capabilities and transforming potentials to the realities.
Safoora Tariq Malik - BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance

Safoora Tariq Malik is working as a research analyst. She is a graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). At RADS, she is actively engaged in quantitative analysis for various projects. Her expertise includes; SPSS and STATA. Simultaneously, she is working on research papers for peer reviewed publications. Besides, her responsibilities include; developing proposals and policy briefs, representing the company at external and internal meetings and assisting in project planning and management.
Ayesha Durrani - MSc Development Studies
Senior Research Analyst
Ayesha is a graduate from LUMS (Economics) and has done a Masters in Development Studies (LSE). She is currently working on analysis of political economy of decisions in public sector in Pakistan. In addition, she is helping background research work and development of cohort of mothers in an urban poverty site in Pakistan.
Alina Agha- MSc International Development
Alina is a graduate from NUST (Mass Communication) and has done a Masters in International Development (University of Manchester UoM). She has been deeply engaged in rural livelihood field reports and has three published case studies. She is currently working on Urban Poverty Initiative at Dhok Hassu.
Syed Muhammad Abbas - MBA Finance

Syed Muhammad Abbas has successfully managed operational activities in emergency and long term development projects for more than 8 years in line with organization and donor policies and procedures. He has experience in donor financial reporting, project budget development and re-appropriation, financial management, administration of medium size teams (20 to 60 individuals), HR policies implementation, and logistics to achieve project targets. He has also delivered successful training's on capacity building.
