In LMICs, fragmented data hinders health program efficiency. To address this, UIL used spatial heat maps to visualize contraceptive supply and demand, revealing regional disparities and stock gaps across Pakistan. This approach enabled decision-makers to quickly identify underserved areas and optimize resource allocation, particularly in Baluchistan, Sindh, and South Punjab, where low stock and high demand highlight urgent needs. By translating complex data into actionable insights, UIL is driving targeted, equitable healthcare interventions through spatial analytics.
