At RADS we believe in creating a long-term opportunity for young professionals to expand their knowledge base. Through a proper learning environment with specialized mentorship we can bridge the gap in skillsets that comes from a lack of academic-to-industry interaction.
Our Fellowship Program allows newly graduated students to develop technical, research, and analytical skills, through exploring their own research ideas, extrapolating their own data, and experiencing real-time project implementation in the field.
